We became tired of constantly tasting heavily oaked wines out of Australia, so we asked Shane McLoughlin to create something for us that was just pure fruit. This is the result with wine vinified at cold temperature in stainless steel, preserving all the freshness and soft white fruit that Chardonnay has become famous for. In fact you could liken this to a southern hemisphere Macon Village with that touch of extra sunshine.
