In order to preserve the crisp Riesling fruit the grapes were harvested in the early morning and were then fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures. The result is a delicious medium dry wine with bright aromas of green apples lemon and lime. Mirrored on the palate where a stoney minerality backs the clean fruit and refreshing acidity.
