The latest venture of the Eguren family of Rioja fame and surely this will soon become another star of the Iberian wine scene. 100% Tempranillo (locally known as Tinto de Toro) with vineyards between 15 and 65 years of age that are only farmed in an organic fashion. Really fresh aromas of ripe berry fruit backed by spice and minerality, a clean entry on the palate with loads of dark red fruit behind. Big in the finish with soft, supple tannins in abundance. Special wine offering great value.
