Go for it! This Roman exclamation - Ad Altiora - seems perfectly fitting for this wonderful expression of the Nebbiolo grape. It has a great aromatic profile, complex, full and ripe with notes of truffles in the background. As soon as it hits the palate the ripeness is obvious together with the notes of spice and roses. A big finish showing elegance yet lacking nothing. An excellent wine.
