Selbach Oster is recognised as one of the finest estates of the Mosel Valley and Johannes Selbach is one of the most genial producers one could hope to meet.The gently sloping Badstube vineyard is rich in Devonian slate which imparts a racy edge to the wonderfully delineated fruit and fine minerality of this wine. Green apples dominate with a hint of citrus fruit too. A delicious wine of the highest quality.
