Wines will be stored for you – free of charge for the first two years – at Plutus Storage in Liverpool where conditions are simply perfect for laying wines down and you will have your own account there guaranteeing safe storage.
We can offer you some little gems, wines only produced in minute quantities that we would not normally be able to commercialise due to the limited availability for our restaurant clients yet wines of consummate quality. Full tasting notes and production details will be supplied so you can gradually build up a detailed cellar book and we will give a “drinking window” for each wine so you can catch them just at perfection.
