Gewurztraminer was introduced to the Somontano region over 30 years ago and although it was never popular in it's early days, it was never grubbed up and now the mature vines are producing wonderful fruit in this cool climate region. True elegance and refinement can be found in it's wines and this is a perfect example. A green / yellow colour with aromas of flowers such as roses - almost turkish delight ina glass! The palate is fresh and lively with great balance and a crisp, dry finish.
