The flagship wine of Bouchard Finlayson first made in 1997 from the proprietary vineyards in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. 100% barrel fermented Chardonnay where the oak is superbly integrated into the ripe, bright fruit flavours of the Chardonnay grape. Full flavoured, intense and showing notes of pear, mango and yeasty lees with a ripe and complex finish.
