A wonderful example of this Loire rose that’s now right back in fashion. And deservedly so for this naturally sweetish wine is bursting with ripe berry fruit flavours derived from the Cabernet Sauvignon, from which it is made, and the refreshing acidity makes the palate come alive. Ideal to drink by itself but a great food wine too.
