A classical wine designed for savouring with a wide variety of red meats and game. Aged for between 12-18 months in French oak casks it is a dark deeply coloured wine as tradition demands. Ripe black fruits dominate the bouquet with nuances of polished oak. The wine is well balanced with a solid overcoat of tannins to support the rich palate. A fine wine with great precision of flavours.
