Virtually unheard of viticulturally until the end of the 20th century Casablanca Valley is now home to some of Chile’s greatest white wines with Sauvignon Blanc showing particularly well. This boldly flavoured offering is loaded with mouth watering fruit juicy and with a wonderful refreshing acidity. Crisp clean and fragrant and a great expression of this terrific grape variety.
