A combination of several parcels of 1er Cru vineyards that are too small to commercialise by themselves. This blend shows all the class of the finest Chablis, balancing the clean acidity with fine fruit and structure. The nose has well defined aromas of pears and peaches that extend to the palate where the stoney minerality lingers in the finish.
