Made from vines of an average age of 20 years this is classical Chablis. An open bouquet of flowers with an apple fruit leads to a fresh and mouth filling palate underpinned by the tell-tale minerality of the region. A long mouth-watering and dry finish completes this classy offering which is ideal for current consumption yet will last well for a further few years. I could just eat an oyster or two after writing this and they'd make a perfect accompaniment!
