A blend of Grenache, Sauvignon and Chardonnay from vineyards close to the city of Carcassonne that benefit from ideal conditions for well ripened grapes. Fresh and well fruited, it has a slightly raised level of sweetness to his other wines helping to deliver full fruit flavours on the palate with a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
