Summer in a glass! The Moscato grape is very aromatic and by blocking the fermentation at 5 degrees of alcohol by suddenly dropping the temperature it retains a good amount of sugar in the final wine. On the nose it is light and fruity, very easy and soft on the palate with allsorts of fruits and flavours. The finish is light and fresh with a delicate clip of sweetness. Ideal just lazying away summer days in the garden or with pastry and cream deserts.
