Intense aromas of dried berries, concentrated from the 4 months 'passito' in the winery lofts, a full and generous palate loaded with bitter-sweet fruit and a huge finish dominated again by the dried fruit flavours. To sip and savour by itself or as an accompaniment to game or parmesan cheese.
