This special cuvee has been crafted using techniques and methods employed in the early 1900’s. The base wines were vinified in casks giving them a special depth and complexity and the results in bottle are superb. The aromas are rich and concentrated with nuances of grilled nuts, quince and roses. In the mouth it is full and lively, with flavours reflected from the aromas. Long and supple with great persistence. Simply fantastic!
