The Domaine Emile Petit is owned by the Brocard family and Julien Brocard is now starting to work some of the vineyards in a bio-dynamic manner. The vineyard of Bossoneuse was the first that he worked in this way and it is now benefitting from his efforts. The aromas are full and rich with those dry overtones so reminiscent of Chablis. On the palate it is rich and powerful with a perfect level of acidity and underlying minerality that makes Chablis what it is! The aftertaste is long and true and the wine as a whole makes a sesnational partner to a variety of dishes. Classic Chablis!
