This is the last vintage that Ian will be producing as the fruit is now destined to end up in the delicious sticky "The Nectar". However, this is a bottle not to be missed. Glorious aromas of green apples will change with cellaring to those notes of diesel - the classic Riesling nose. On the palate it is round and crisp with the perfect clip of acidity to make this the perfect partner to a wide range of foods.
