This is a classic! The Sauvignon Blanc was given a short skin contact prior to fermentation to release aromas and both varietals were fermented at low temperature to preserve the elegant fruit qualities. Delicious aromas of gooseberry and ripe tropical fruits tantalize the nose, whilst on the palate it is well balanced, supple and refreshing with mineral notes in the finish. Try it with thyme-roasted chicken or soft white cheeses.
