Made from a blend of Pinotage, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, this delicious rose from the cool climate of Elgin is simply bursting with summer fruit flavours. The deep, pink colour is really attractive. The aromas are dominated by strawberry fruit with notes of black cherries which lead to a refreshing and fruity palate that is perfectly balanced and lingers for an age. Wonderful by itself but even better with some grilled salmon or even a lamb tagine.
