Salta’s Cafayate Valley seems to have taken Torrontes to its heart with its higher altitude allowing slow ripening of the grape and developing the unique fragrances alongside clean acidity. Full and floral with delightful aromas of rose petals and dried fruit, the palate is gentle with plenty of elegant fruit and a clean clip of acidity. Ideal with oriental foods.
