A shinning example of a classic Chalonnaise appellation. This lightly golden wine shows great finesse and elegance. Aromas are full with a floral style, well integrated with notes of oak. Big on the palate and dominated by white flower style fruit that gives a true and persistent aftertaste. At it's best with fish cooked in a sauce or chicken with either cream or mushrooms.
