Fermented 50/50 in barrels and stainless steel, this is a great and classy white Burgundy that is capable of ageing 2005 is the last vintage to be made before the old vines were grubbed up and the vineyard replanted. Rich in flavour yet packed with elegance and finesse, this beautifully balanced wine is bursting with fine, ripe fruit aromas and flavours and is extremely persistent in the finish. Incredible! To enjoy it at its best, try it with poultry in a cream sauce or with strong, fermented cheeses.
