Situated in the heart of the Cote de Beaune, the limestone mar/soils of Auxey Duresses are ideal for the Chardonnay grape and here you find great aromatic intensity with bright fruit backed by a stoney minerality and hints of smoke. The palate is fresh and lively with fruit foremost and the oak well integrated. Ideal with fish in a cream sauce and soft, fermented cheeses.
