Very traditional in style, this is a full and gutsy cru Beaujolais that has undergone some barrel ageing to develop the complex aromas and flavours. Ripe aromas and flavours of cherries with hints of game and some spice, generous on the palate and full in the finish. Excellent traditional Beaujolais. Partners with casseroles and red meats.
