Pouilly Fumé Silice Domaine Francis Blanchet

Around the village of Saint Andelain M. Blanchet has a small parcel of vines planted in Silex soil which gives the Sauvignon grape a special "flinty" quality. This is a prime example just bursting with aromatic fruit, a perfect balancing acidity and a special fruit "kick" in the finish. Wonderful with seafood, goats cheese or as an aperitif to get those juices going.
