Petit Manseng 'Vendage Tardive' - La Ragotiere

This variety is more at home in the Southwest of France but here in Ragotiere’s experimental vineyards it has made an excellent late harvest wine, albeit in minute quanitities. Luscious and ripe with notes of honey on the palate, it pairs well with many desserts but apples and pears are the best combination.
