A perfect anytime red with it's heart very much in the South of France. Big upfront fruit with wonderful spice and great depth of flavour. Notes of green pepper dominate the palate in this chewy and ripe offering from Bruno Lafon. A big , firm aftertaste in the finish with notes of thyme and rosemary. Excellent with food especially roast or grilled meats.
