Notes of cherries dominate the aromas, typical of the Sangiovese component, with the Shiraz really delivering dark bramble fruit on the palate and soft, ripe chocolate to back it.

No oak was used in the production ensuring the finest of pure fruit flavours that are dominated by citrus notes with passion fruit in the aromas. Just enough residual sugar to give good weight on the palate and ensure a ripe, fruity finish.

Our best selling Pinot Noir from the southern hemisphere and rightly so because it is just bursting with pure red fruit aromas that carry through to the palate with a good acidity and a long finish.

Deliciously fruity with bright and fresh aromas from the Sauvignon Blanc with a more citric style from the Semillon on the palate. As the wine ages the Semillon begins to develop giving the wine a richness that partners well with food.

Glorious sweet and concentrated Riesling from grapes infected by the Noble Rot, this is truly the nectar of the Gods. The wine is pale straw in colour that will develop into golden hues with age. The primary aromas of Riesling - apple blossom and orange peel - are overlayed by notes of marmalade and dried apricot. In the mouth this is luscious and intense with honey, citrus and marmalade flavours that finish with a cleansing clip of acidity. Glorious.

Just what you expect from Australia. A wonderful barrel fermented Chardonnay full of citrus melon and peach flavours balanced by notes of toasted cashew nuts. We had it with rock lobster and it was divine!

This full and refreshing sparkling Merlot makes a positive change from Champagne! Loaded with ripe fruit in true Australian style and with a lively fizz in the glass. Its delicous just to sit and drink when served 'tooth cracklingly' cold as Ian Hollick himself tells us!

An enormous Shiraz produced in the terra rossa of Coonawarra. Despite its power and the pure fruit on the palate the wine still retains an elegance that makes drinking a delight. Superb with roast meats and casseroles.
