Bodegas Big

Bodegas BIG was founded in 1998 and is located in Santiuste de San Juan Bautista, in Segovia, a priviledged area surrounded by the most ancient vineyards of their authentic grape variety; the Verdejo.
The Bodega's philosophy is to make wines from grapes that are cultivated from old vines. Today they own 50 hectares; 26 of Verdejo, 13 of Sauvignon Blanc and 11 of Viura.
The most modern technology and wine-making methods allow them to obtain the maximum potential of their grapes.
Perfect balance between maturity, sugar and acidity, perfectly combined because of their special terroir permits the production of some of the most elegant white wines in Spain.

The wine is very expressive with a nose of tropical and citrus fruits, against a floral background.
