A real class Verdejo made with grapes from vines over 50 years of age. Fermented at low temperature for 15 days to preserve the maximum of aroma, the wine then stays on its leas for 2 1/2 months before bottling. Yellow in colour with green notes the wine is very expressive with a nose of tropical and citrus fruits, against a floral background. On the palate it is well structured with floral notes foremost that lead to a long and fruity finish. A terrific Spanish wine.
