Bouchard Finlayson
Established in 1989, the Bouchard Finlayson Estate lies in the Hemel-en Anrde Valley (Heaven and Earth) which is framed by mountains and within sight of the ocean, close to Cape Point. This cool climate region is ideal for production of many varietals but in particular Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. With the vineyards scattered amongst the Fynbos (the natural flora of the region) they have an extremely sensitive approach with virtually organic farming giving grapes of high quality ideal for premium winemaking.

Grassy with tropical overtones, with elegant, pure fruit tones and perfect balance. In the mouth it shows immediate varietal character with great minerality to underpin with green apple and fig flavours dominant.
