Something for the firm Francophiles! Chablis is perhaps the world's most famous white wine and this boi-dynamic example from Julien Brocard is simply fantastic. Too often the quality of Chablis is dreadful but this is one of the finest we've ever tasted. And to balance the case, a Cotes du Rhone Villages from the famous Chateauneuf producer Chateau de la Gardine. A great pair of wines that show true class.

Chablis Boissonneuse - Domaine Julien Brocard - 3 bottles
Really classy Chablis from this bio-dynamically farmed vineyard. Crisp green apple fruit and a great depth of minerality that makes Chablis what it is, clear acidity that's in perfect balance to bith refresh and enliven the palate and a true and lasting finish. If you really want to know what the fuss is about, try it!

Cotes du Rhone Villages - Chateau de la Gardine - 3 bottles
What a wonderful bottle. And we don't mean the shape but the contents! A blend of several Rhone varietals grown for the large part in Rasteau but owned by the famous Chateau de la Gardine in Chateauneuf du Pape and benefitting from the same care and attention. Rich in dark fruit with notes of spice, a good tannin structure and a big, rich finish. Brilliant with casseroles or game.
