Based in the heart of the Midi, Domaine Borie Vitarelle produces wines with a specific emphasis on organic farming. The agriculture in the vineyards encourages insects, birds and wild herbs to live in harmony with the vines, reducing the amount of chemical intervention to a minimum. This living agriculture helps towards the perfect ripening of grapes that in turn gives exceptional wines. No new oak is used at the estate and all wines are unfined and unfiltered keeping the ultimate in fruit in each bottle.
