Some of the World's finest wines displaying the spectrum of flavours offered by the Riesling grape.

What a pity that most wine drinkers in the UK believe that German wines mainly consist of Liebfraumilch, Niersteiner and Piesporter. Although this trio tried to conquer the UK wine shelves some 25 years ago, the classic flavours of the riesling grape, grown at the limits of viticulture cannot be surpassed and indeed, varieties such as Weissburgunder and Spatburgunder are now performing to international standards. But for now, we are concentrating on Riesling and more especially those from the Mosel where the slate soils impart a racy edge to the Riesling grape. Try them, they are quite superb.
