This late harvest wine from the heart of the Touraine vineyards is quite astounding in its quality. The fruit is rich and luscious and dominated by notes of apple. The fine flavour lingers on the palate and has a sweet edge but is by no means really sweet, but the complexity derived from the noble rot really adds complexity. Luscious and sensuous it has many years of life ahead of it.
