Overview
Strict selection of the grapes, which, after reception at the winery, underwent carbonic maceration for 12 hours and were then lightly pressed to extract the freerun juice. This was racked for 4 days and then underwent slow alcoholic fermentation for 20 days. Afterwards, it remained in the bottle and aged on its for 2 months. Very brilliant greenish-yellow colour, it's nose is big with the typically serious aroma of the varieties - classic notes of verdejo which are softened by the viura, giving it certain topical nuances with great elegance. In the mouth it is very fresh, tasty, expressive and with good length.
