Perhaps the most aromatic of the Alsace grape varieties with a concentrated nose of rose-petal and lychee aromas, tons of flavour on the palate in the same vein that culminates in a strong and spicy finish. It makes an ideal partner to asian cuisine especially with spicy notes.
