This excellent blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Nero (Noir) has been fermented in the Metodo Carazzani Lungo which requires fermentation to be effected at low temperature and under pressure giving a wine of great finesse and purity. The delicate string of bubbles is extremely fine, aromas are elegant with notes of toast and honey. Dry and flavoursome on the palate with great persistence in the finish. A wonderful aperitif.
