A blend of equal parts of Grenache Noir and Carignan with an average age of the vines of 35 years giving naturally low quantities but the finest quality. After a long fermentation the wine undergoes maturation in epoxy lined tanks. The aromas are of ripe raspberries with liquorice and pepper notes behind. Raspberry is dominant on the palate too and the wine shows great balance with plenty of ripe tannin and a touch of dark chocolate in the finish.
