Based in a converted convent in the village of Tramin (Termeno) the Wilhelm Walch winery dates back to 1869. However this is very much a modern style of Pinot Grigio that shows delicious bright, ripe fruit balanced by a salty minerality and crisp acidity. Very much a food wine, this will partner a wide variety of foods.
