The grapes for this wine come from a boutique vineyard in Matakana where yields are kept low and most vineyard techniques such as pruning and canopy management are all done by hand. This elegant wine has a tantalising bouquet of ripe pears and soft peaches with a touch of cinnamon. Luscious flavours of sweet pears succulent peaches, nectarines and figs are wrapped up in a seductively soft creamy texture.
