This excellent little Riesling would be termed Feinherb in Germany, but as there is no direct translation to the English we call it Racy Riesling, for this is exactly the sensation we found with it. Grown in the slate soils of the Mosel Valley which impart the racy edge to the wine, the pure Riesling fruit is divine. Clean and crisp on the palate with delicious green apple flavours and a vibrant acidity giving the racy edge.
