This essence of grapes has incredible intensity and displays great purity. From the south – east facing Castelcerino cru planted over 40 years ago, the finest hand selections of Garganega grapes are dried on racks thus intensifying both the sugar and acidity. The result is wonderful. The wine has an intense golden colour offering up incredible aromas of ripe fruits with pineapple foremost. The palate is fresh and lively with intense sweetness perfectly tempered by crisp clean acidity. Honeyed yet fresh and with an intense and fruity aftertaste. Simply stunning!
