The grand cru of Rosacker includes Trimbach's Clos St Hune, regarded as one of the finest wines of Alsace yet this incredible terroir is seldom seen elsewhere. What a mistake! Tantalising aromas of white hawthorn blossom and ripe apricots shine through and are matched on the palate together with some citrus flavours all balanced by good minerality and acidity. This is truly a world class wine that reflects the finesse imparted by the Grand Cru terroir of Rosacker. A must for any cellar.Wine Spectator 90 points.
