The Saar Valley and it’s tributeries produce wines seldom heard of and seen even less, but this delicious Riesling Spaltese from the J & H Selbach stable is quite sublime. Light fresh delicately sweet it’s almost like liquid lace! The clear aromas delight and in a year or so these tell-tale diesel nuances will develop. Clear fruit on the palate with a gentle sweetness and clean acidity, it leaves the palate refreshed.
