A great example of this famous Puglian wine. 100% Negroamaro grown in the clay / limestone soils of the DOC and hand picked at perfect ripeness. It has intense fruity aromas dominated by sour cherries with delicate spice notes. It’s spicy on the palate too with a lovely clip of acidity to refresh. Great with red meats especially when highly seasoned.
