The cool climate of the Casablanca Valley has produced some excellent fruit which Sol de Andes have used for this Reserva Especial. The gentle use of oak from the barrel ageing is perfectly intergrated into the wine. Intense aromas of tropical fruits – peach and pineapple – with a crisp dry palate showing notes of butter and vanilla.
