Pierre Gaillard has parcels of vines in 4 different communes for St Joseph all of which are vinified separately to allow him a wonderful palate from which to achieve his blend. This is a fruity full bodied and elegant St Jospeh with typical Syrah aromas of spicy fruit. Ideal in both youth and after several years in bottleit makes a wonderful partner to game and red meats.
